North Carolina Countryside

Photograph taken along the countryside in western NC near Boone in 2011
with my Canon  SD880 (point n' shoot)

James Taylor's boyhood years were spent in Chapel Hill, North Carolina which is east of Boone approximately 160 miles and I thought his 1968 song, Carolina In My Mind, is well suited for my theme today.

My imagination started to run away seeing that lonely house up the little hill. The song was nice too. :D Followed you back too. Btw, in case you won't be able to read my reply, the guy singing is 1/3 member of a1. Here's their site: http://www.a1official.com/ :) Have a great week!

That's a pretty scene, and I have always loved that James Taylor piece. Fond memories of a long-ago drive through the Carolinas.
